Reading up on the game, it really does not offer that much in the way of game play at the moment to start with. If they had lowered it to $20 or less they probably would have garnered far more interest. I just cannot believe that many people are going to fork over that much for such an early release. We are talking about them asking $40 for an ALPHA, not a released version. At the end they still have the same size of community, just more money. They can always lower the price if needed. Those 50% that does not buy the game now at $40 will still buy it for $20 in a few months time. Should have been 20$ and sold twice as many copies.
